With a business plan to expand throughout the Cape, Jeff realized the need for a similar store in the lower Cape area. One year after opening the Sandwich location, Jeff made the decision to open a QPS location in Eastham. Wanting to maintain the service integrity of his Sandwich location, Jeff hired his son Josh to manage and run the Eastham location. Josh quickly became a welcome member of the team & is well known to the Lower Cape QPS customers for his service, professionalism and handling of hard to pack items.

In December of 2007 Jeff met Bill Fox, a first time customer of QPS. Having many years of experience in sales, marketing, product and project management, Bill always knew he wanted to start and grow his own business to be closer to his family and his community. During his first visit to QPS in Sandwich, Jeff and Bill had a conversation which soon turned to family, community and running your own business. It was a light conversation that would soon lead too many early morning and late night meetings to discuss the future of growing a high customer service orientated business on Cape Cod. On May 16th, 2008 a new store location in Hyannis was opened and a partnership under the name Coastal Pack & Ship, LLC was built to begin servicing all of Cape Cod.
